Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & BD: Support the Leadership Team in executing long-term strategies, conducting feasibility studies for new specialties, and developing investment business cases (ROI and risk assessments).
Financial & Performance Analysis: Build complex financial models and forecasting tools; monitor revenue and profitability by service line while developing executive KPI dashboards.
Executive Reporting & Governance: Prepare high-quality board presentations and strategic updates, consolidating departmental data into concise executive summaries.
Operational Excellence: Analyze hospital workflows to identify efficiency gaps, drive cross-functional projects, and support the implementation of SOPs and performance frameworks.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive benchmarking within Bahrain and the GCC, specifically analyzing the payor landscape and regulatory trends.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or performance improvement. Experience at top-tier firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Management (MBA is an advantage).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level decks).
Core Competencies: Exceptional structured problem-solving skills, strong executive presence, and the resilience to work in a demanding leadership environment.
Communication: Strong professional maturity and the ability to communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
