Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Training: Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurants, providing on-site, virtual, and phone-based training for merchant staff. Schedule Management: Create and maintain a rigorous onboarding schedule across your designated city to ensure all timelines are met. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with accounts and act as the main point of contact for queries and requests. Quality Assurance: Conduct "mystery shopping" visits to ensure venue staff maintain high product knowledge and service standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration. Product Testing: Perform hands-on tests of new features and software integrations to ensure they meet merchant needs.

Requirements

Education: Relevant business degree. Languages: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required for on-site visits. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Mindset: A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a "hustle" mentality and a desire to have a measurable impact in a startup environment.
