HR Assistant / HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and attendance verification
Handle recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding formalities)
Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, warning letters, experience letters, salary certificates, NOCs, memos, etc.)
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database
Coordinate staff training programs and maintain training records
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
Handle leave management and maintain leave records
Assist in performance appraisal documentation
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies
Coordinate with PRO for visa, LMRA, and other documentation when required
Requirements
2–4 years of HR experience (hospital experience in Bahrain preferred)
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation
Familiar with Bahrain Labour Law procedures
Good communication and drafting skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
