Key Responsibilities
Supervise front desk staff and manage shift schedules
Ensure residents and visitors are greeted and assisted in a professional manner
Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures
Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for service requests
Maintain records of visitors, deliveries, and resident communications
Ensure proper handling of keys, access cards, and parking permits
Prepare daily reports and update management on operational matters
Train new front desk team members
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification preferred
Previous experience in residential property, hospitality, or customer service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
