Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and technical advisory support to the client’s project management team for major international IT programs.
Lead and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including:
Requirements analysis
Project planning
Implementation and system integration
Testing and final acceptance
Manage and support multidisciplinary project teams, external partners, and system suppliers across the GCC region.
Monitor and control quality, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical standards.
Ensure successful delivery of complex government or public-sector IT security projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Apply traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Scrum, SAFe) as appropriate.
Act as the primary coordination point between international teams, local partners, and government authorities.
Requirements
Master’s degree from an accredited European or U.S. university in a technical or business discipline
(e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management).
Minimum 7 years of professional experience managing or advising on large-scale international IT projects.
PMP / PMI certification (or equivalent project management certification).
Proven track record of successfully delivering at least 3 complex government or public-sector IT security projects.
Professional-level spoken and written English, French and Arabic.
Willingness to relocate and work in the Gulf region for several years.
Strong understanding of both traditional and agile project management frameworks and experience applying hybrid approaches.
High level of intercultural competence, flexibility, and adaptability in international environments.
