Key Responsibilities
The primary part of the job is to answer the incoming calls.
Coordinate with all the employees of an organization for conveying important messages.
Receive all the important messages and pass them on to the required authorities / person (s).
Responsible for greeting visitors who are coming in the office and answer their basic queries.
Honoring and greeting people who enter the company premises and communicate with them in a pleasing manner along with a positive attitude.
Providing information to customers (internally & externally)
Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the front desk area.
Maintaining a record of appointments and coordinate those to the right people in the office.
Helping visitors reach the correct destination.
Performs other duties as requested.
Requirements
High school education or Diploma.
Good command of English language both written and oral.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal or communication skills (English & Arabic).
Presentable.
Customer service oriented.
Knowledge of clerical process.
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
Sense of urgency.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Punctual and reliable.
Ability to perform routine work and adapting to change as it relates to workflow.
Ability to spot opportunity for improvements.
