Financial controller

Financial Strategy: Provide high-level guidance to ownership and management on investments, asset management, and long-term financial planning. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting department, ensuring accuracy across different sectors (Real Estate vs. Restaurants). Governance & Control: Implement and maintain strict internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and financial leakage. Reporting & Budgeting: Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, annual budgets, and divisional performance reports.

Professional Certification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). This is non-negotiable for this pay grade. Experience: Proven experience in Corporate Finance. Experience managing diversified portfolios (mixing Real Estate with F&B) is highly valuable here. Analytical Skills: Ability to look at complex data from different business lines and extract meaningful trends. Communication: Strong leadership skills to manage a team and the communication skills to explain financial risks to non-financial management.
