SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and "open doors" for new projects in the EPC and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) sectors. Client Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers in Bahrain and the wider GCC. Commercial Execution: Manage the "Pre-Award" phase, which includes handling RFQs (Request for Quotations), preparing technical/commercial proposals, and negotiating payment terms. Mobilization Coordination: Once a contract is won, coordinate with technical teams to ensure the project starts (mobilizes) on time. Reporting: Submit weekly activity reports to track the sales pipeline and progress with key clients.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development specifically within Mechanical, Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors. Background: Candidates from the same industry background (Petrochemicals/Construction) are a must. Education: Bachelor’s degree with a Technical background (e.g., Mechanical or Civil Engineering). Network: Must have a "Strong network of clients" in Bahrain and the GCC. Skills: Strong negotiation, independent working ability, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Mobility: Valid Bahrain driving license and a willingness to travel across the GCC. Location: Must be currently based in Bahrain.
