Sr. Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop long-term marketing strategies and positioning to identify core customer segments and improve product growth. Sales & Distribution: Implement new sales plans, build distribution networks, and negotiate with vendors to manage how products reach the market. Data & Market Analysis: Research market conditions, investigate competitor trends, and gather customer feedback to draft performance reports for senior management. Budget & Cost Control: Determine the marketing budget and work with the supply chain team to monitor inventory and keep operational costs to a minimum. Client & PR Management: Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits and manage all Public Relations (PR) activities and external agencies. Team & Operations: Sustain a positive work environment, organize company functions, and provide product enhancement ideas to all internal teams. Performance Tracking: Monitor company KPIs and prepare monthly reports to measure the ROI of all marketing activities.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; a Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years specifically in a leadership or management role within a marketing department. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and modern digital marketing tools. Core Competencies: * Strong grasp of branding and campaign execution. Skilled in market analysis and performance tracking. Proven ability in vendor negotiation and managing distribution networks. Added Value: Previous experience coordinating with PR agencies.
