Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Build and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
Campaign Management: Run targeted marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation (sales), and driver recruitment (HR).
Creative Direction: Manage and guide the graphic designer, providing direction to ensure high-quality visual output.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Warehouse teams to turn internal updates into public marketing stories.
Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and business partners.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs and present monthly reports to management showing insights and the financial return on marketing spend.
Brand Guarding: Ensure every post and communication adheres to the brand's specific logos, colors, and tone of voice.
Requirements
Skill Set: Must be a "storyteller" who is also data-driven (comfortable with numbers and performance metrics).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of social media algorithms and how to run paid lead-generation campaigns.
Managerial Ability: Experience in giving creative direction and managing a designer's workflow.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to align social media activity with overall business goals (like finding new drivers or logistics clients).
Organizational Skills: Strict adherence to timelines; ensuring the content calendar is delivered on time without delays.
