Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities specifically within the IT and telecom sectors.
Technical Presentation: Demonstrate Prism’s portfolio, including data center solutions, fiber-optic/copper cabling, and active networking hardware.
Account Management: Build long-term relationships with IT departments, resellers, and system integrators.
Sales Cycle Management: Prepare accurate technical quotations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Internal Coordination: Work with logistics and sourcing teams to ensure that hardware is delivered and fulfilled according to the client's timeline.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, networking standards, and competitor movements to provide better feedback to the company.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the IT or Telecom distribution industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Networking, Data Centers, and Cabling (Fiber/Copper). You must be able to "speak the language" of IT managers.
Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex technical products to non-technical buyers.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
Location: Must be familiar with the Bahraini business environment and corporate sectors.
Preferred: An existing network of contacts in the Bahraini IT/Enterprise sector and familiarity with CRM software.
