Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Implement marketing campaigns for various brands, including seasonal promotions, tactical offers, and brand launches.
Content & Creative Coordination: Work with graphic designers and photographers to produce content and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for external agencies, printers, media partners, and internal departments (Operations and Finance).
Event Management: Support the planning and execution of brand-related events and promotions.
Vendor Management: Assist in sourcing and managing marketing-related vendors and suppliers.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of marketing initiatives to ensure they align with business goals.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience, specifically within F&B, hospitality, or beauty/lifestyle brands.
Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of brand-led marketing, digital platforms, and social media.
Soft Skills: High-level organizational skills, the ability to multitask across different brands, and excellent communication abilities.
Environment Fit: Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
