Sales Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities

Sales Optimization: Improve and manage the distribution of all Almarai products in the assigned administrative area. Growth Delivery: Execute strategies to meet the company’s specific growth objectives and sales targets. Operational Standards: Ensure all sales activities strictly follow company standards and ethical guidelines. Planning & Facilitation: Organize sales workflows and facilitate communication between different departments. Data & Numbers: Work closely with sales figures and analytical data to track performance and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Administration role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Languages: Proficiency in English (both verbal and written). Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and an affinity for working with numbers. Core Competencies: * Deep knowledge of the sales process and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage people and navigate change management. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
