Business Developer (Professional Salesperson)

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the education and corporate sectors. 2. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact. 3. Present company products and services professionally to schools, institutions, and decision-makers. 4. Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and negotiate commercial terms. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. 6. Conduct market research and identify potential partnerships and growth opportunities. 7. Achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

1. University graduates (Bachelor’s degree or higher). 2. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. 3. Fluent in English (spoken and written). 4. Currently residing in Bahrain. 5. Presentable female with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. 6. Owns a valid driving license and a car. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively. 8. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
