Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Research and network to identify potential customers and new business leads. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Targets: Consistently achieve both individual and group monthly sales targets. Product Expertise: Act as a specialist in diamonds and jewelry, providing detailed information and guidance to customers. Strategy & Marketing: Collaborate on sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and represent the company at industry trade shows. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide feedback to senior management. Reporting & Coordination: Use sales software to track activities and work with marketing/customer service departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements

Experience: 5–7 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the diamond and jewelry industry. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle complex negotiations and successfully close deals. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Personal Attributes: High self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and a strong sense of initiative. Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and time effectively. Brand Alignment: A strong commitment to professional presentation and maintaining a luxury brand image.
