Key Responsibilities
The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our office's hardware and software systems. Key duties include:
-Providing first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
-Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications.
-Troubleshooting and resolving basic network connectivity and printer problems.
-Assisting with the management of user accounts and access rights.
-Maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
-Documenting IT procedures and support resolutions.
Requirements
-Priority given to Bahraini Nationals.
-A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
-Proven basic experience in a technical support or help desk role is a plus.
-Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer hardware.
-Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
