Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships in Bahrain and GCC markets
- Conduct sales visits to wholesalers, supermarkets, distributors, factories, and cleaning supply companies
- Prepare and submit RFQs, quotations, and pricing proposals
- Maintain and grow recurring customer accounts
- Work with the production team to confirm delivery timelines and specifications
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to optimize sales strategy
- Prepare weekly sales reports and customer pipeline updates
- Attend exhibitions, trade events, and client meetings as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales; experience in plastic packaging, FMCG, cleaning supplies, or manufacturing preferred
- Valid Bahrain driving license (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand product specifications (sizes, microns, packaging formats — training provided)
- Motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
