HR Assistant

Sector: Human Resources Manama Full-time Onsite

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR databases and documentation are kept up-to-date and compliant. -Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications. -Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new colleagues have a smooth and professional welcome. -Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, confirmation letters, and memos. -Address routine HR queries while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. -Track employee attendance and leaves, assisting with payroll inputs when necessary. -Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events. -Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahraini labor laws.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. -1–2 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in a luxury hospitality environment. -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is an advantage. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. -Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive information with integrity.
