Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records
Prepare and manage employee documentation (contracts, letters, files, etc.)
Manage LMRA procedures, visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
Handle work permits and other labor-related formalities
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and other relevant government regulations
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies when required
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
Handle basic accounting entries, expenses, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly salary sheets and assist in payroll processing
Manage petty cash and daily financial transactions
Assist in financial reporting and management accounts
Work with POS systems for sales, reports, and reconciliations
Support audits and internal financial reviews
Administrative Responsibilities:
General office administration and coordination
Maintain organized records (digital and physical)
Support management with reports, documentation, and data analysis
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR & Accounts role
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA procedures, and visa processes
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with basic accounting and POS software
Good understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Immediate availability preferred
