Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Conduct candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
Support market mapping and talent research for client roles
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Maintain accurate candidate and client records
Support client briefs and recruitment reporting
Assist with business development research when required

Fresh graduate or recent graduate (0–2 years experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is preferred)
Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools
Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
Professional, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
