Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms
Strategy Development: Collaborate on social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals.
Community Engagement: Monitor customer interactions and respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track engagement metrics and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, insights, and emerging technologies in social media.
Collaboration: Work with other marketing team members to ensure coordinated messaging across all channels.
Event Promotion: Utilize social media to promote company events, and other initiatives to increase attendance and engagement.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely postings and align with marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Qualifications/ Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing or management.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media management tools
Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is advantageous.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
1+ years of work experience with Graphic Design
Native or bilingual in Arabic
