Key Responsibilities
Applying for visas online and related work
Data entry using an in-house system
Co-ordinate with internal team and external stakeholders for the service delivery
Maintain accurate records, update systems, and ensure prompt data entry.
Coordinated travel arrangements and accommodation logistics to ensure smooth and timely arrangements for personnel, clients, or guests, including managing bookings, confirming reservations, and addressing any related logistical needs promptly and effectively.
Co-ordinate document preparation, submissions, scheduling, and updates.

Job Requirements
University Graduate
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
Basic knowledge of visa processing and financial documentation is an advantage.
