Key Responsibilities
Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
High school education or equivalent experience
2+ years' store management experience
Customer centric with a positive attitude
Knowledge of changes in fashion trends
